Application

SBB1 is suitable for medium and short distance pipeline transportation, inter-city pipeline transportation, medium and long distance pipeline series transportation, boiler water transportation, seawater desalination.

Flow: Q=40 ~ 5640m³/h, Head: H=8 ~ 180m, Working pressure: P≤1.6MPa, Working temperature: T= -30 ~ 150℃

Suitable for Oil transmission engineering, petroleum refining, petrochemical industry engineering, petrochemical, power engineering, paper industry, environmental protection engineering, water supply and heating engineering, seawater desalination.


Design features

1、Stability and reliability. High head pump pressure chamber adopts double vortex shell design, has balanced the radial force of the pump, the pump runs smoothly; The suction type adopts spiral shape to eliminate the residual rotation and improve the cavitation resistance performance. The inlet adopts the flow channel shunt plate to improve the inlet flow conditions, eliminate noise and backflow; The pump inlet and outlet in the horizontal position, are below the pump axis, maintenance only need to open the pump cover, do not have to remove the pipeline and motor, can be repaired; Reduce the shaft alignment error, thus prolonging the service life of machine seal, bearing and seal; The important parts are tested by three coordinate detector to ensure the machining accuracy of each part and improve the stability and service life of the product.
