Application

TR series products are widely used in petroleum refining, petroleum chemical industry, coal chemical industry, crude oil transportation, natural gas processing and other industrial processes, which can transport a variety of clean or particle neutral or strongly corrosive media.

Design features

1、Stability and reliability. The center line supports the pump body. In view of vibration and other problems caused by excessive pipeline load and thermal deformation, the pump body is designed with limiting device for high temperature working conditions, which reduces the shaft alignment error and prolongs the service life of machine seal, bearing and seal. TR single-stage and two-stage pumps are designed with double volute, and the transition channel is arranged symmetrically to ensure the minimum radial force in the allowable working area. TR single-stage, two-stage and three-stage impellers are independently positioned to avoid cumulative errors and thermal deformation, minimize unit vibration and ensure reliability and stability. All parts are tested by three coordinate detector to ensure the processing accuracy of each part and improve the stability and service life of the product. Various forms of sealing and flushing cooling schemes can be configured, suitable for a variety of complex working conditions, a wide range of use.

Dense type spectrum, small head grade gradient, can ensure the user to find the appropriate operating point in the efficient area, and can ensure the user's operating efficiency; Advanced casting technology and 3D printing technology are adopted to reduce the error of traditional casting, improve product efficiency and achieve the effect of energy saving.
