Design features

1、Stable and reliable. The pump body adopts double volute structure with symmetrical flow channel arrangement, which can automatically balance the hydraulic radial force of the pump group. The impeller adopts the back-to-back symmetrical arrangement structure, the axial force is automatically balanced, there is no complex balance drum, balance plate structure, and the reliability is higher; The impeller adopts hot charging and interference fit is installed on the shaft. The pump shaft adopts large shaft diameter design, the rotor is rigid and the deflection is small. Reasonable sealing ring clearance setting, reliable operation; The parts are tested by three coordinate detector to ensure the machining accuracy of each part and improve the stability and service life of the products

When disassembling, only open the pump cover to take out the rotor, without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipeline and motor.
4、Suitable for medium containing particles. Anti-spiral sealing technology is used in the sealing ring of the pump body and the pressure relief sleeve of the machine seal chamber at both ends to reduce the solid particles entering the machine seal chamber and improve the service life of the mechanical seal. The use of anti-screw seal between stages can prevent the mouth ring from occluding and prevent the rotor from being locked due to solid particles in the medium.
