SPE-DPE small flow high head petrochemical process pump



Application

SPE/DPE small flow high head petrochemical process pump is developed for petrochemical industry small flow, medium, high head and low device NPSHR heavy industry conditions, supplement the traditional API-OH2 pump performance is difficult to cover the range, replace part of the high speed pump with head < 400m (no speed increase tank). Small flow high head pump is divided into single stage and two stage cantilever structure, Flow : 1 ~ 30m³/h, single stage Head :up to 200m (50Hz-2P), two stage Head: up to 400m (50Hz-2P).

Flow: Q=1 ~ 30m³/h, Head: H=8 ~ 200m (SPE series) 30 ~ 400m (DPE series), Speed: 2950, 1450r/min, Design pressure: P=5.0MPa (SPE series) 11.0MPa (DPE series), Operating temperature: T=-80℃ ~ +425℃.

Design features

1、High stability and reliability. No induction impeller structure is used. To avoid the current market in order to meet the NPFL by the induction impeller caused by the balance of the fault NPSHR≤1.5m@3000rpm; The radial load of SPE/DPE pump can be minimized at all operating points, and the unit has high reliability. The design fully considers the operating conditions of extreme operating conditions to ensure the continuous operation of petrochemical process units. Various forms of sealing and flushing cooling schemes can be configured, suitable for a variety of complex working conditions, a wide range of use.
2、Economy. It can replace part of high-speed pump, piston pump, multi-stage pump and rotary shell pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, high reliability, lower investment cost and maintenance cost, small installation space, and can be applied to harsh working conditions including particles.
